Insights Series Meditation / Discussion (Instant Enlightenment)

Please join us for a Meditation and Discussion on Insights series by Rama – Dr. Frederick Lenz on Sunday mornings (9 AM PST, Noon EST).  Each session will start and end with a group meditation to Zazen music followed by the facilitated discussion.

On Sunday, October 2nd, we will discuss the talk: Instant Enlightenment.  This virtual meditation and discussion will be facilitated by guest facilitator, Larry.   Join us to discuss what Rama shared about how you know whether and when you have become enlightened. 

This is not a lecture but a facilitated discussion where each participant shares their perspectives on the talk and what resonates with them in their practice today. Please review the talk before the call.
