Meditation for Beginners is an 8 week virtual meditation course geared towards those who are interested in starting to meditate. We will meet Monday evenings for 60 min, to meditate and learn about some of the basic concepts of meditation. Monday evenings: 8pm EST / 5pm Pacific – Remaining Mondays: Feb 9 – Feb 23. You can join the series any time.
Please note, we will be using a video conferencing tool for our meeting. You will be welcome to share your image but it is not required. You will also be able to join the meeting via phone.
