Please join us for a Meditation and Discussion on Rama's Zen series on Sunday mornings (9 AM PST, Noon EST). Each session will start and end with a group meditation to Zazen music followed by the facilitated discussion.
On Sunday, July 11th we will discuss the third selected talk - Overcoming Stress. This virtual meditation and discussion will be facilitated by Gaile as our guest facilitator.
