Equinox 2013 Virtual Meditation

To celebrate the Equinox of 2013, we invite you to dial in join with other sangha members around the U.S. and the world for a one hour virtual meditation on Saturday, 9/21 at 4 p.m. PST/7 p.m. EST.
We’ve discovered that by saying hello and first chatting for a few minutes at the start of the call, we create a bright connection that carries over into a powerful meditation.
Agenda for call:
- Hello with first name and something that has inspired you lately. (brief!)
- Then we each go on mute (*6 on your phone) and listen on our own to the Zazen music, “Mystery School.” This can be done via ipod, computers, CDs — whatever works wherever you happen to be. On the RMS site, the music is here.
- After the meditation, we unmute and the call resumes with a final, virtual circle of power.
