Hike at Montana De Ora State Park on March 23rd
The Bakersfield Meditation team is holding a hike/meditation/picnic at Montana De Oro State Park on Saturday, March 23rd. Montana De Oro State Park is a spectacular beach with a beautiful trail along the bluffs looking out over the ocean. We will take an easy walk for a few miles, meditate and have a picnic lunch. Our picnic lunches keep getting better and better!
This will be a time of great power due to the Spring Equinox on March 20th and will offer an excellent opportunity to put your meditation practice "on hyperdrive". This time period is excellent for new projects.
Trip Date: Saturday, March 23rd.
What To Bring:
Food and water (there is no food or water in the park but there are bathrooms).
Extra sweater and jacket. It could be cool at the beach.
Day pack
Comfortable walking/hiking shoes
Full tank of gas
Sunscreen
Hat
GPS for your car

Prepare for a power trip by putting your outer life in order. Pay the bills, clean the house, clean out your closets, and take care of whatever you need to take care of so that your mind can fully focus on being there.
Pets are not allowed on hiking trails.
