Shape of Power – Virtual Meditation & Discussion

Please join Jeff for a virtual class and meditations on Tuesday evening, January 22nd at 10 PM EST, 7 PM PST. The topic will be "Shape of Power".

From Jeff: I have noticed that a particular type of “shaped” energy that has a “spin” or "whirl" to it, comes into play in the virtual meditation class for all of our benefit, including my own.   It is possible that the "shape" of the energy has to do with focusing on a particular type of "intent" and having a level of "stillness", among other attributes.  I have a particular role that I play in the class, which helps facilitate the energy impacting each participant in the class, in order to go deeper into reality.  Together, our possible role in the class is to stay centered and calm, make ourselves available to "power", contribute to the discussion period and to have as much fun as possible.
