Working Muscles of the Second Attention – Virtual Meditation & Discussion

Please join Jeff for a virtual class and meditation on Tuesday evening, July 23rd at 7 PM PST, 10 PM EST. Topic: "Working Muscles of the Second Attention"
Instructor Description: I suspect that the analogy of working our "muscles" in the fitness center has some parallel to working our "muscles" of the second attention. I feel we were given many "snapshots" of the second attention from Rama, along with many other gifts that I will mention, and it may become a matter of "use it or lose it" or at least stay cognizant that the "gifts" of attention are still there and accessible.
These classes are participatory and experiential and geared toward feeling more of richly textured dimensionality. There will be two meditation sessions with music played by Zazen.
